Asian Youth Leaders Elite Program (AYLEP) is a platform for youth to gain fulfilling and amazing experiences from Asia to worldwide. AYLEP has benefited 23198 participants from 85 countries in the past 18 years.

With a focus on immersive learning, collaborative projects, cross-cultural exchange, global perspectives, and personal growth, the program stands as a beacon of excellence in youth leadership development.

 

After reviewing the current global landscape, we have made the decision to shift our focus to 2027—ensuring that when we return, we deliver the best possible experience for our community. The next AYLEP will open for applications in 2027. ​
